Sleep Retreat

The in-room aromatherapy diffuser, oils and robe are provided for use during your stay and remain the property of the hotel. A credit card pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in, and any items removed from the room will be charged at the equivalent replacement value.

Late Check-Out
Late check-out is subject to availability and available until 12pm, subject to availability. If late check-out cannot be accommodated, the charge will be refunded in full.
In case of cancellation or amendment to this reservation, please notify the hotel by 4pm the day prior to arrival. Late cancellations or non-arrivals will be payable at the total amount of the first night of stay. In case of non-arrivals for reservations more than one night, please contact the hotel by 11am the following day if you require the remainder of the reservation to be held. If no contact is made by this time the hotel will cancel the reservation. The above charges will still apply.
